Prisoner registers, 1875-1959.

This series contains the listing of all convicts received into the state prison system from 1875 to 1959. The registers include the prisoner's name, sex, race, age, birth state, crime, sentence, dates of arrival at the prison and release, whether the prisoner escaped (date of escape and recapture if any), prison identification number, and the manner of termination of residence; i.e., end of sentence, pardon, death, etc.. The information contained on microfilm includes only the years from 1893 to 1941.
